Invoicing
Create and send invoices, then track each one’s payment status and outstanding balance as it is paid.
Email payment requests
Send a payment request to a customer’s inbox, with the amount due and a clear payment button.
Know what was sent.
Review the email activity and delivery status of each payment request after you send it.
Follow the payment
A status should tell you something.
A payment request, an initiated transfer and received funds are different events. Your payment workflow should make that distinction clear.
Bank payments & ACH
Collect eligible ACH payments straight from customers’ bank accounts, and follow each payment’s status.
Sample data: a $750 client invoice paid by bank, moving from Processing to Paid.
Initiation, processing and settlement are distinct steps.
More than the payment
Know what happens after the sale.
Your merchant dashboard shows revenue, customer records, deposits, refunds and chargebacks (card payments a cardholder disputes), so you can see where every payment stands.
- Scheduled & recurring payments
- See every upcoming and recurring payment for memberships, subscriptions and retainers in one report.
Based on your inputs and a constant monthly volume. This is a cost illustration, not a savings estimate or pricing quote.
Sample data: a payment dashboard with this month's totals and recent payments, and a client paying a $750 invoice by bank.
Good questions. Clear answers.
B2B payment questions.
What is a payment review?
A payment review is a look at how your business takes payments, what you pay today and what you need from your setup. SU Payments starts from your actual numbers and workflow, not a one-size-fits-all headline rate.
Can I use SU Payments with my existing platform?
It depends on your platform and its payment-provider rules. Tell us which website, store or community platform you sell through, and the available setup can be reviewed. A native integration should never be assumed.
How can I track ACH payments?
ACH payments are payments from a customer’s bank account. Review each one’s details and status in the ACH transactions view, then follow deposits, returns and recorded disbursements in bank activity. A payment marked Processing is not yet settled funds, and merchant limits and processing times apply.
What happens to my existing subscriptions?
Moving recurring payments needs its own review. Platform rules, payment tokens and your existing billing setup can affect what can move and how, so plan the transition before you change your current payment workflow.
Can I create my own reports?
Yes. Custom transaction views let you build your own reports and schedule their delivery by email. Separate views cover card and ACH transactions, scheduled payments, email activity and card batches.
