More than the payment
Four views behind the dashboard.
Your merchant dashboard has four areas: reporting, customers, deposits and disputes. Each has a page of its own, so start with the one you need.
-
Reporting
Review card, ACH and scheduled transactions and email delivery in views of their own. Create custom views and schedule them by email.
Payment processing reports -
Customers
Search your customer records and see each customer’s status and payment-related details. Add, upload and export contacts as your list grows.
Track customer payments -
Deposits
Follow deposits, returns and disbursements in your bank activity. Switch between card and ACH views, then export the dates you need.
Track merchant deposits -
Disputes
Review each card chargeback with the reason it was submitted. Refund or void eligible card and ACH payments from your transaction views.
Chargebacks and refunds
Sample data: the report views, three customer records, three days of ACH bank activity and a $149 chargeback with its reason.
Good questions. Clear answers.
Dashboard questions.
Can I create my own reports?
Yes. Custom transaction views let you build your own reports and schedule their delivery by email. Separate views cover card and ACH transactions, scheduled payments, email activity and card batches.
Can I refund or void a payment?
Yes, when the transaction is eligible. The card transactions view lets you void or refund eligible card payments, and the ACH transactions view lets you void eligible ACH payments. What you can do depends on each transaction’s eligibility and status.
Can I upload and export customer records?
Yes. The contacts area has tools to add, upload, export and remove customer records, plus search, active-status visibility and a view of opted-out contacts.
What does the bank activity report show?
The bank activity report shows recorded deposits, returns and disbursements. It is a record of activity, not a promise of when funds arrive and not a tool for sending transfers. Processing times and merchant limits apply.
How can I track ACH payments?
ACH payments are payments from a customer’s bank account. Review each one’s details and status in the ACH transactions view, then follow deposits, returns and recorded disbursements in bank activity. A payment marked Processing is not yet settled funds, and merchant limits and processing times apply.
