Every way to accept payments online

Payment page

Share your payment page.

A payment link takes your customer to a hosted, branded payment page. Share it by email, social media or with an invoice, so it travels in the messages you already send.

A payment-page link and an email payment request are different ways to present a payment. A shared link takes the customer to the hosted page. An email payment request places a payment button in the customer’s inbox.

Know what was sent.

Sending a request is one part of collecting a payment. Review email activity and delivery status for payment requests, payment statuses and outstanding balances for invoices, and processing details for card transactions. Each view answers a different question.

Payment requests

Review payment-request email activity and delivery status after sending a request. Delivery information describes the email; it does not establish that the customer has paid.

Invoices

Review invoice payment statuses and outstanding balances. Use them to see the collection status of each invoice: what is paid and what is still owed.

Transactions

Review processing dates, amounts, statuses and transaction details. Keep transaction information distinct from email delivery and from confirmation that funds have settled.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Payment link questions.

What is a payment link?

A payment link is a web address that opens a hosted, branded payment page where your customer can pay. You can share it by email, social media, QR code or with an invoice, without building a checkout of your own.

Who is SU Payments for?

SU Payments (Systems Upside Payments) is an online payment processing provider for businesses that get paid online: online stores, memberships, digital products and service businesses that collect payments remotely. In-person point-of-sale systems are not part of what it offers.

Can I use SU Payments with my existing platform?

It depends on your platform and its payment-provider rules. Tell us which website, store or community platform you sell through, and the available setup can be reviewed. A native integration should never be assumed.

What happens to my existing subscriptions?

Moving recurring payments needs its own review. Platform rules, payment tokens and your existing billing setup can affect what can move and how, so plan the transition before you change your current payment workflow.

Can I refund or void a payment?

Yes, when the transaction is eligible. The card transactions view lets you void or refund eligible card payments, and the ACH transactions view lets you void eligible ACH payments. What you can do depends on each transaction’s eligibility and status.
