Talk to us about ACH paymentsWhen ACH fits better than a card.
Card and bank payments suit different jobs. ACH often fits client invoices, large balances and ongoing business relationships.
ACH payments are priced as a flat fee per transaction or a percentage, with no per-transaction caps or minimums. A returned payment carries a $15 fee. ACH limits are set when your account is approved and can be raised with a good payment history. Processing times depend on your approved merchant setup.

Collect eligible payments straight from your customers’ bank accounts, an account-to-account option for business payments.

These views describe different parts of a payment. Starting a bank payment is not the same as receiving settled funds, and the sample shows recorded amounts, not when funds arrive.

ACH payment questions.
What is an ACH payment?
An ACH payment is an electronic payment between bank accounts through the Automated Clearing House network. With SU Payments, you can collect eligible ACH payments from your customers’ bank accounts and follow each one in your reports.
How can I track ACH payments?
ACH payments are payments from a customer’s bank account. Review each one’s details and status in the ACH transactions view, then follow deposits, returns and recorded disbursements in bank activity. A payment marked Processing is not yet settled funds, and merchant limits and processing times apply.
What does the bank activity report show?
The bank activity report shows recorded deposits, returns and disbursements. It is a record of activity, not a promise of when funds arrive and not a tool for sending transfers. Processing times and merchant limits apply.
Can I refund or void a payment?
Yes, when the transaction is eligible. The card transactions view lets you void or refund eligible card payments, and the ACH transactions view lets you void eligible ACH payments. What you can do depends on each transaction’s eligibility and status.
Can I use SU Payments with my existing platform?
It depends on your platform and its payment-provider rules. Tell us which website, store or community platform you sell through, and the available setup can be reviewed. A native integration should never be assumed.
