Payment processing reports

Reports with more useful detail.

Payment processing reports show what happened to every card and ACH payment: transactions, upcoming payments, email delivery and card batches. Build custom views and have them emailed on a schedule.

Sample data: a card transactions report for October 22 and 23, with four paid card payments, $923 in all.

Report views

A report for each part of the activity.

Card payments, bank payments, upcoming payments and payment requests each have a report view of their own, so every question has one place to look.

  • Card transactions

Processing dates, amounts, statuses and details, with voids and refunds where eligible.

  • ACH transactions

The details and status of each bank payment, with voids for eligible ACH transactions.

  • Scheduled transactions

Upcoming and recurring payments, so you can see what is scheduled before it is due.

  • Email activities

Each payment-request email you send, with its delivery status, apart from payments.

Analytics

Analytics that explain the activity.

See gross and net revenue, transaction counts, average transaction value, refunds and chargebacks, and explore your transaction patterns by day and hour.

  • Net after adjustments

Net revenue is gross revenue less refunds, chargebacks and ACH returns, so adjustments show.

  • Busy and quiet times

The day-and-hour view shades each block by how many payments came in, from fewest to most.

Sample data: a week of transactions by day and hour, busiest on weekday afternoons.

Custom report views

Build the view once. Have it emailed.

Create a transaction report view of your own, then schedule its delivery by email so the numbers come to you.

  • Your own views

Build a transaction report view around the details you check most often.

  • Sent by email

Schedule a view for email delivery, so the report comes to your inbox.

Sample data: a custom report view of card and ACH transactions, scheduled for delivery by email.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Reporting questions.

Can I create my own reports?

Yes. Custom transaction views let you build your own reports and schedule their delivery by email. Separate views cover card and ACH transactions, scheduled payments, email activity and card batches.

What can I export?

Export your bank activity for a date range you select, with its deposits, returns and disbursements, and export your customer records from the customers area.

Can I see upcoming payments?

Yes. The scheduled transactions view shows upcoming and recurring payments alongside the rest of your payment activity.

Does a delivered request mean the customer paid?

No. The email activities view shows that a payment-request email was delivered. Check your transaction reports to see whether the payment was made.

What is a card batch?

A card batch is a group of card payments settled together. The card batches view lists each settled batch with its transaction count, credits and net total.
