Customer records

One record for each customer.

A customer record keeps one contact’s details, status and payment history together. Search your records, then see it all in one place.

  • Active or inactive

Each record shows whether the contact is active, so current customers stand apart.

  • What they have paid

See the payment-related details on each record, such as the customer’s total spending.

Sample data: one customer’s record, active, with $1,240 in total spending, their business and their email.

Add, upload, export

Bring your list in. Take it with you.

Build your customer list the way that suits you, and keep a copy of it outside the platform when you need one.

  • Add or upload

Add customers one at a time, or upload the contact list you already keep elsewhere.

  • Export or remove

Export your contact records when you need them, and remove the ones you no longer need.

  • Opted-out contacts

Review the contacts who have opted out in a view of their own, apart from the rest.

Sample data: a contact list of 1,284 records, 962 of them active, with the add, upload and export tools.

Your contact list can come with you.
