Payment processing for businesses that get paid online
Your business. Your way to get paid.
For agencies, consultants, development teams and other B2B service firms: invoice clients, take card or ACH payments and see every balance that is still open.
For memberships, courses, coaching and subscriptions: give members a branded place to pay, and keep every upcoming renewal in view.
For contractors, cleaning businesses and other field teams: send invoices and payment requests, take card payments by phone and see what each customer owes.
For directories, B2B portals and specialized platforms: start with how your operation collects payments, matches them to records and reports on them.
A payment setup with room to grow
One-time sales, invoices, renewals and payments by phone. Choose the ways to get paid that fit how you sell, and use them side by side.

Your setup should fit how you sell, how your customers pay and what your team has to track.
Start from your volume, your transaction mix and everything you pay today, every fee included.
Talk the options through with people who explain each part of your payment setup in plain terms.
Sample data: payment analytics for all time, with gross and net revenue, transactions, the average transaction and sales activity over the same period.
More than the payment
Your merchant dashboard shows revenue, customer records, deposits, refunds and chargebacks (card payments a cardholder disputes), so you can see where every payment stands.

A headline rate tells only part of the story. Enter what you process and what you pay to see your real cost.
Your effective rate is your total processing fees divided by your sales volume: every fee, in one percentage.
Based on your inputs and a constant monthly volume. This is a cost illustration, not a savings estimate or pricing quote.

ACH moves money directly between bank accounts. Use it for client invoices and other large or repeat payments, and follow each one through your merchant tools.
With dual pricing, your customers see a card price and a lower bank price, and choose how to pay.

Initiation, processing and settlement are distinct steps.

A payment review is a look at how your business takes payments, what you pay today and what you need from your setup. SU Payments starts from your actual numbers and workflow, not a one-size-fits-all headline rate.
SU Payments (Systems Upside Payments) is an online payment processing provider for businesses that get paid online: online stores, memberships, digital products and service businesses that collect payments remotely. In-person point-of-sale systems are not part of what it offers.
It depends on your platform and its payment-provider rules. Tell us which website, store or community platform you sell through, and the available setup can be reviewed. A native integration should never be assumed.
ACH payments are payments from a customer’s bank account. Review each one’s details and status in the ACH transactions view, then follow deposits, returns and recorded disbursements in bank activity. A payment marked Processing is not yet settled funds, and merchant limits and processing times apply.
Not automatically. Savings depend on your current pricing, transaction mix, volume and the proposed payment terms, so a fair comparison uses the full cost of processing. The calculator on this page illustrates your current cost; it is not a savings guarantee or a rate quote.
Moving recurring payments needs its own review. Platform rules, payment tokens and your existing billing setup can affect what can move and how, so plan the transition before you change your current payment workflow.
